This plugin is mainly developed to work on top of WooCommerce. Initially, you have to install the funnel builder plugin to start over.

Funnels and Page

In order to create a new funnel, WooFunnels>Funnels>Add New.

In the above screen, you can see the funnels that are created. It has an opt-in, landing page, checkout page, upsell/downsell, and thankyou pages. 

WooFunnels have a wide range of conversion-optimized templates that are available for each funnel step.

Then you can also choose your compatible page builder. Woofunnel integrates well with multiple builders like Divi, Oxygen builder, Gutenberg, and Elementor.

If you work with Elementor builder then you will have an opt-in form and opt-in popup widgets to design your page.

Then under the actions menu, you can click the ‘Enable Notification’ as Yes to send to users and admins. If you are using other external services to store the user’s data then you have to connect the form with the tool you are using. If not you can just use any ESP that comes along with the Autonami connectors.

On the opt-in page, you can add any number of custom fields to the form to grab the data from the users. You have to just drag and drop the fields that are required to add in the opt-in form.

You can easily design and customize the content, style, and skin of the order bumps and can preview it in the sidebar. Its not required to enter the product details again, its just that use merge tags like {product_short_description}, {subscription_summary} to enter the details.

Using shortcodes you can even add quantity and variable selectors — {quantity_incrementor} and {variation_attribute_html}.

You can even add product images so that users will have an idea of how the product actually looks.

There are multiple style options that let you customize the arrow, border, box, and title. You can even change the background color of the product title, padding, text, enable the addition of arrows and animation, etc.

Note: If you have multiple bumps you will be wondering which order bumps to the display first. It’s based on the priority to set. 

WooFunnels has an option named priority field. So when the multiple order bump conditions are met together, the one with the highest priority will be displayed first. 

Then the next one is ordered bump position. It’s completely your option to choose where to display it above or below the order summary, or above or below the payment gateways. The only drawback is that you can rearrange the order bumps. If you have to change the order bumps then you have manually delete and add them by creating from scratch.

When you are creating any new offer, then you have to select whether you will offer upsell or downsell.

This actually makes your tasks simple, if you just add the discount rates and shipping rates, it automatically calculates the offer price and displays it right there.

Dynamic Shipping

Enable the dynamic shipping check box to charge the users separately for the shipping of this item. The cost will be calculated on the fly based on your store’s configuration and shown to the users by clicking accept. Any flat shipping chargers set will be overridden by dynamic shipping. 

Dynamic Offer Path

This option sets a path for the acceptance or rejection of the current offer(upsell). For example, if the offer is accepted, then you are redirecting your customers to the downsell path, otherwise lead them to the thankyou page.

The other options available are you can enable the tracking code, ask for confirmation each and every time when a user accepts the offer, then you can set the maximum quantity while purchasing upsells, and also choose to terminate the funnel. 

If the user accepts upsell/downsell, then you will have an option to either create a new order or you can merge it with the main order, set the priority(same as order bumps), show the prices with taxes, and add the tracking code to run on the upsell/downsell offer, and customize the upsell confirmation message. 

Just by adding the tracking adding, it is easy to analyze the customer’s data who are interested in the offer. With the help of this data, you can even send them the campaign offerings for similar products.

 Thankyou page

It is quite simple to design the thankyou pages just by using the available templates or can build right from the scratch. You have an option to add rules to trigger the thankyou page.

Then after the thankyou page, it’s up to you to redirect your customers to any of the custom pages. You can even add custom CSS or external scripts. 

Custom fields

Just like other sales funnel builders, WooFunnels also allows you to add custom form fields. Here you can add any custom fields you required to collect the user’s information.

Rule Engine

Just by triggering the rules, you will be able to show different order bumps.
